At Scaled Robotics we are applying robotics and machine learning to build new tools that can track, analyze and optimize construction processes.

As a Project Management Intern, you will work with business development and engineering teams to track, manage and optimize client deliveries. You will help build new processes to enable the scaling of current business processes.  

Your responsibilities ​​
 

  • Collaborate with the business development and engineering teams to manage and optimize client deliveries.

  • Help develop and test new business processes that can optimize internal processes and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Collect, track and analyze metrics regarding client processes and coordinate with client delivery teams to implement improvements.

  • Identify bottlenecks in current business processes. research and communicate potential improvements to management.

Must Have

  • Current student in M.B.A or equivalent program from a reputed institution.

  • 2+ years experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello or Asana.

  • Experience or coursework in metrics based process optimization.

  • Experience or coursework in analytics and basic statistics

  • Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
     

Nice to have​

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences or Business Administration.

  • Background in Engineering, Logistics or Construction.

  • Knowledge of software development processes

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish knowledge is a plus.
